DPSH Testing – Sandton Office-to-Residential Conversion

Rivicore was recently called in for DPSH testing at a Sandton site undergoing conversion from commercial offices to residential units.

The project began with a thorough inspection of the existing foundations. However, the geologist raised concerns after retrieving soft soil samples from several positions.

To assess these areas further, our team was brought in to conduct DPSH testing. This job highlights the versatility of the DPSH method—particularly in challenging environments.

We successfully drilled through existing concrete floors and completed testing inside the building without disruption to the structure.
