Rotary Core Drilling Project – Mall of Africa

Rivicore recently completed our third project of the year, a Rotary Core Drilling investigation at the Mall of Africa — an exciting opportunity to work at the largest shopping mall on the continent.

The scope of work included drilling three boreholes to depths of up to 9 metres into very hard rock. Site conditions were favourable, allowing our team to work efficiently and achieve excellent core recovery throughout the drilling process.

One of the highlights of this project was capturing a moment on site in front of a billboard reading “Culture that moves.” It’s a message that resonated strongly with our team, reflecting the momentum and growth Rivicore has experienced as we begin 2026.

We are grateful to have started the year with multiple successful projects and look forward to delivering many more as the year progresses.
